We’re here for you!

Since 1991, our employees throughout Germany have been nourishing children aged 0 to 25. Beyond chefs and kitchen assistants, our team includes locally-trained servers along with account and site managers. Nutritionists, procurement and accounting staff as well as drivers round out our team.

Serving kids with a smile

Enthusiastic, friendly and committed – that’s our definition of great service. Our qualified chefs, service team and serving staff regularly attend training and continuing education courses.

They encourage the children to make healthy choices and to try something new now and then. Of course, the team greet your children with a smile each day.

Our close-knit network of regional account managers supports you as a parent as well as your child’s educational institution by:

  • Communicating and organising hands-on activities on nutrition and sustainability
  • Offering trips to producers
  • Presenting the food services concept at open days
  • Providing support for special events

Understanding great customer service

Behind the scenes, over 40 individuals take care of administrative tasks each day. Their scope of work includes:

  • Supporting new customer registrations
  • Helping people use the So Happy app
  • Fielding and processing customer inquiries
  • Completing ordering, billing and payment tasks
  • Handing out transponder chips for mealtimes
  • Informing about the menus
  • Submitting special meal requests

Frequently asked questions

Yes, we are happy to consider food requests from children and parents.

Suggestions and requests can be addressed to us through the food committee or board in your day care centre or school, or directly through our customer service. After careful consideration, we are pleased to implement new ideas.

You can send us feedback on the meals you ordered within three days (from the day of delivery). You can rate the food as well as the service by selecting a smiley and answering questions using the slider.

Click the button "Order meals" and log in. Next, the menu will open. Click the speech bubble next to a dish to give us your feedback. If you have detailed feedback or questions, please our contact customer service.

Yes, we offer at least the following four special dietary options: basic allergy meals, fructose-free meals, gluten-free meals and gluten-free without milk or eggs.

Allergy sufferers can choose between two different menus per dietary option.

We make it easy to order meals for your child with special dietary needs:

  1. Contact our customer service and ask for the request form for special dietary needs.
  2. Fill out the paperwork and send it, together with a note from your child's doctor, to our customer service.
  3. We'll take care of the rest. Once your application is approved, your child will receive a specially prepared meal every day from our local kitchen staff.

Please contact customer service by phone or email, and state your account number in your message. You will find the contact details in your contract (account confirmation). Or you can contact our customer service centre, which will gladly forward your request. Contact details for our head office can be found on our website and in the So Happy App.
